We want you to feel confident choosing CushyPup. Our guarantee covers unopened items returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Opened or used items are not covered by this change of mind guarantee.

Email cushypupofficial@gmail.com with your order number before sending the item back so we can provide return instructions. Keep your proof of purchase.

Damaged or faulty items

If your CushyPup arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where relevant. Stop using a damaged item.

Your consumer rights

The unopened item condition applies only to our change of mind guarantee. It does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable consumer law. Where an item is faulty, the remedy depends on the circumstances and your legal rights.
